 + -1 moreI purchased the mattress set on February 22, 2008. Since I'd been sleeping on a 20+ year old mattress, I was anxious to get the new "pillow top" I had chosen. Around the end of February or the first of March, I called Dina, who Iris explained was the contact person for deliveries. Dina was so nice and very accommodating with my schedule. She surprised me the next day with news that my mattress had arrived and was ready to be delivered. The men (Travis and another man) were very polite, professional and respectful of my home and property. They had even called me earlier in the day to let me know that they were ahead of schedule! They quickly set up my new, wonderful mattress and took the old set away! I have been sleeping like a Princess ever since! Thanks, That Mattress Place!
Description of Work: I visited the store in H.P. while a wonderful woman named Iris was working. She showed me all the mattresses, allowing me to take my time in selecting one. She also told me of the Sealy bed bundle giveaway, as well as throwing in a long Sealy PosturePedic pillow. After I made my decision, she explained to me the ordering and the delivery process, the time frame in which they would be able to deliver, who to call to inquire about the actual delivery and also how to fill out the form to get my bed bundle delivered. Iris built rapport with me by being a patient, personable salesperson. She was able to answer all my questions about mattress buying in general and about the mattress I chose as well.
