They are under contract with me right now. I was getting feedback on an showing they did two days ago. To be honest with you, Sue is an nice lady and all that. When her contract expires, I wouldn't renew it. She is the kind of person who knows everything, and you can't tell her anything. I mean I use to build house, and an real estate broker. I know a little bit about it. You can't tell her anything. I suggested that the agents should try to sell the house, not show the house. I told her things they need to point out about the house, not in just pictures. She said, they are in the listing. People don't reads the listing, and everything on it. I have been in contact with her for two months or more. She kept coming by here and had me sign it, and got with the step children to agree on an price. I signed the contract. She has shown the house about sixteen times by now in three weeks. She knows we need to cut the price. What we need to do is sell the house. They charge six percent, but they don't charge it until the house is sold. The listing for the house is $342,000 dollars. You can get the reviews online. I am the one the people call for the appointments, and I leave when they show it. She hasn't gotten back to me about an name of an structural engineer, and yesterday she even criticized me for not getting it done yet, when she hasn't given me the name yet. She is a dunce. If she would listen, she might learn something. Who has built houses before. Just because its on the listing, doesn't mean people read it. They don't read that stuff. She needs to. She is bull headed. She is an realtor in the State of North Carolina. That is the kind of attitude they have. I think the fact they are charging six percent of $342,000 dollars, they should be doing something. All the times I tried to get in touch with her on the weekend, she has been gone. She gets back to you usually in a day or two. She tells you one o'clock, and gets here at four. That is being generous.
