I called Charles Coldiron, part owner of Quality Plumbing this morning around 8:30 to discuss the water leak. He said he could stop my this morning to repair and arrived within 20 minutes, fixed the leak by replacing a portion of the pipe and was gone. Total time from my initial call, to him fixing the leak and leaving was under 1 hour. Now that is what I call outstanding service from start to finish. Charles was very cordial and will only call them whenever I need plumbing repairs.

The work was excellent! Everything is as good as new!
They gave me 2 options for repair, one cheaper and one more expensive. Always answered phone calls or returned them promptly.

In both cases, one of the owners came to perform the work, bringing a helper with him. The work was done promptly, correctly, and in a professional, friendly manner.
