Furniture - Sales
The leather began to peel. When I brought this to their attention, the company drug me along for months. When the service technician finally came out, he stated he had no clue what could have caused the peeling. After he left, I kept trying to contact them regarding the issue. Each time they stated they were mailing me things. I only received one thing from them. I sent them photographs, copies of my receipt, and letters regarding my concerns. Finally, they gave me a phone number I could call to have the sofa repaired at my expense.
