They were late for their quote by about 45 minutes without a phone call. I was ready to leave and then someone showed up. He was friendly and gave me an estimate. They promptly called me back with the estimate. I called them back and set up an appointment for the following Sunday. They didn't show up or respond to my phone calls to see what happened. I did get a call from their number but it was silence on the other end after I answered.
