Very badly. They did not have the all the equipment needed and only one of their climbers had the skills to remove the tree. Work went very slowly because of that. Wanted partial payment because of the multiple days/visits it was taking and I foolishly agreed to this as they stated they would leave their equipment at the work site until finished. I was told there would be a delay after a 3rd of the work was completed as their skilled climber was no longer available. This is when the un-returned phone calls and excuses started with 4 no shows after saying they would be out to finish the job. They finally did show up, but instead of working, they took their gear and left. I had paid 2/3 of the bill for a 1/3 of the work at this point. When I realized they were leaving I went out to their truck but they just drove away. All I could do at that point was take a picture of their truck with the plate number to use to warn others to stay away from this company. Demorris London is listed as the Owner & Operator.
