Description of Work: Art was extremely knowledgeable, professional and had my Central Vacuum System, which is over 30 years old, up and running like new. He knew where to trouble shoot and how to solve the problems. Wish all could be like Art. I thought at first that the Service Call Fee was high, but it was worth every penny and Art did what he said the Fee would cover. Luckily, no replacement parts were needed.

The repair lasted about 5 weeks. They had issues with putting my vacuum back together after performing the maintenance. I found that out when I came to pick up the vacuum cleaner. I had to come back the next day after they figured out what was wrong. Wasted my money and I am out an expensive vacuum cleaner.
Description of Work: Repaired clip to canister and did full maintenance.

We had a hard time finding a local vacuum company that would make a "house call" which was definitely needed because we have a central vac system! We thought there might be a clog, but we also needed a full service because we had used the system to vacuum up a lot of fine powder and it was working poorly. The technician came out, cleaned the system and showed us how to keep the filter (unremovable) clean. He was great!
Description of Work: Home visit to diagnose and fix the clogged central vacuum system.
