When I dropped off our dog, the groomer had an instant attitude because she had clipped both of our dog's ears the last time our pet was groomed. I asked if she would just bath, release her anal gland and trim her nails. Another lady asked if she could get a shot while she was there. When I picked up our pet, she was very timid and scared, not like her usual excited, happy self. Two days after we got her home, her anal gland emptied and it was very full. They charged us for services and when I called the office manager to let her know, she said it's not uncommon for dog's anal glands to fill up in two days. Our dog hasn't done this in 9 years! So they not only lie, steal and cheat their customers, they excuse it!!

We see Dr. Sink and he is very good. The price is fair. The quality of their care is good.
