Excellent service and workmanship. Arrived on time and finished as scheduled. I was able to pick out the exact roof I wanted and the price is very competitive. I was so pleased that I had them come back and do my gutters at a later date. Great company and I would recommend to anyone!

Hearthside Exteriors did an excellent job replacing the siding on my house (2023). The crew was excellent, and Art and the crew gave me reliable advance notice, and performed as promised. And they left the site spotless! Excellent work and I've gotten many compliments on the siding. Also used them to replace a roof in 2018, same excellent performance.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The estimate was provided quickly, the work was high quality, the cost exactly matched the estimate and the cleanup afterward was very meticulous. I was arranging this work for my parents' home in North Carolina. I was concerned because I was unable to be there as the work was completed. I needn't have worried. My father - a former contractor himself and pretty darn hard to please - was highly impressed. This really showed the value of Angie's List in pointing out strong, reputable and reliable contractors. I can't recommend Hearthside Home Exteriors strongly enough. I trusted them and you should too.

Art and his crew did an excellent job. They got it scheduled in reasonable amount of time and worked well with the solar panel installers to coordinate the removal and reinstallation of solar panels. They kept the yard clean, protected ornamental plantings, and left no trace upon completing the job. The new roof and gutters look great!

Art Hudgins was extremely professional from the initial meeting and throughout the entire project. He showed up on time for our first meeting with complete information regarding his contractor's license, certificate of insurance, BBB rating, references for me to check, and complete information on the roofing products to choose from for the job. His proposal, including his estimate was spot on. He agreed to handle the siding and shutters at this initial meeting. Everything was done on time and exceeded my expectations, including the clean up at job's end. All of this was done during some very nasty weather, including rain and freezing temperatures during most of the project. Excellent. From our first meeting with Art, we were confident that we knew what we were getting into, what services would be performed, how long it would take and how much it would cost. He was very good at explaining things and figuring out solutions for a complicated roof job with rotten wood and unexpected twists. He arrived ahead of his crew at each phase of the job, and all of his men were punctual, neat and conscientious. Invoices were detailed and accurate with no surprise charges. He responded immediately to our calls throughout the job and answered every question and request with patience and humor. Above all, he stays on schedule and delivers quality work on time and on budget. He is a pleasure to work with and we were very satisfied.

Art Hudgins was very professional. He was informative & transparent in detailing his services. He arrived 1 hour prior to the work crew & facilitated the unloading of the roofing materials. His contracted crew arrived on time & followed his directions. The job took a day and a half. The old roofing material was hauled away & the work site was cleaned up nicely. I was very pleased with their work & feel I got an excellent roof replacement for a reasonable price. I would recommend Art to anyone needing a roof shingle replacement.

Excellent. Art Hudgins, the owner, was pleasant to work with. He kept me informed of what was going to take place by going over the contract step by step and made me comfortable at what was going to take place. Art arrived one hour before his crew and his crew was here on time along with the roofing material. Art came by several times to keep me informed on what was going on. I strongly feel I went Heathside Home Exteriors because of the knowledge, experience, years in the roofing business and the great estimate that Art gave me. The other contractors I talked with were either higher and were not going to do what Art guaranteed would be done in writing. I would highly recommend Art and his crew for any roofing job. I live in the Kingstree neighborhood and if you turn off of sides road into Kingstree, you'll see the roof. It's called Aged Copper and it's the only one like it in the neighborhood. It stands out and that is what I wanted. Excellent job and excellent roof. Thanks to you Art and your crew.

Great experience. Art (owner) was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew was punctual, did a great job and very neat with good cleanup. We were not at home when they stopped at the end of day 1. However Art had called and left a detailed message of what was accomplished and what was to be done the next day. Great communication all around. Would definitely recommend.
