"After helping this customer, we are very happy to know that our customer's needs have been met with good service. This is our top priority. We encourage this customer and all our customers to reach out to us if there is ever anything further we can help them with."
"Our #1 priority is to ensure that our services exceed our customer's expectations. As such, we are working to remedy any concerns the customer has about his pest control service. We offer free additional services with our service plans and are fully committed to solving our customers' pest problems. We have been unable to reach the customer via phone or email to schedule such a service or discuss his concerns but we are working diligently to do so - and will not consider our work complete until our customer is fully satisfied. As we understand it, some spider webs were found around the exterior of his home, which we would like to return to fully remove for him. Removing spider webs is 1 of the 12 steps that we perform with the Premier Service that the customer purchased. If it is possible that we overlooked one or that one was created following the service, we will certainly return at the customers convenience to remove it. Our understanding is that the customer's original problem with ants has been remedied. The customer has not communicated with us any concerns about his pest control service and at each and every service we have performed a thorough inspection and not found any evidence of an ongoing ant problem. This customer did communicate to us earlier this year that he was not experiencing any pest problems. If this is not the case, we want an opportunity to correct it right away. The customer did mention a tick problem when he first contacted us, but after reviewing our service plans, he chose not to purchase our My Elite Plus service which includes regular tick treatments in the yard. He instead chose our Premier Service which does NOT include tick treatments and covers general pest control for the home only. Again, we are working hard to reach our customer to discuss his tick problem and see if he wishes to upgrade to our My Elite Plus service, which we ensure will remedy the tick problem he is experiencing. We will continue our efforts to reach a resolution."
"Upon notification that the member was not completely satisfied with his service, we contacted him right away to address his concerns and specifically investigate his concerns about the quality of his service. We discovered that when the member originally contacted our company we made a recommendation for a service based on his pest problems, but instead created a unique service based on the requirements and limitations that the member requested. Based on our expertise, we have now recommended that he upgrade to our "My Elite" service, which is our full coverage, no hassle, top-of-the-line service, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Our goal is to exceed each customer's expectations and we are confident with this service we can exceed the member's expectations and leave him very satisfied with our services. We have yet to hear whether the member will take our recommendation for the My Elite Service."
Finally it should be noted that this was the first time David had done my service and I was prepared to be less than satisfied. He has taken over for Brad in whom I had complete trust and very high expectations. David proved to be every bit as attentive to detail and showed genuine concern for my questions - and more importantly - my property.
