My original review did not give this provider a good rating. I had asked for a service and was told that they could not perform the service without a copy of the original wood destroying inspection performed by another company. After my original review was posted, they called me to explain that they had asked for that so that the report they gave me showing the service provided matched what the original inspection showed. This would prevent any issues with the sell of my house at closing. They apologized for not explaining this better the first time and immediately performed the service and provided me with the documentation. In the end, this company made sure I was happy with my service.

Living in a very rural area, this summer we had an unbearable amount of mosquitos and biting flies, making it nearly impossible for us or our pets to enjoy the outdoors -- day or night.  We heard about Go Forth's outdoor service from a friend and decided to give them a call.  Luke arrived on time and was very professional.  He sprayed around the house and, at my request, even in my garden!  The affect was almost immediate.  We have enjoyed our front porch and patio all summer long since Luke began servicing our property in June. I feel we have finally gotten control of our environment and the dogs are much happier too!  Luke is very conscientious and considerate of us and our pets. This is a great service.

The person in the office was very informative and helpful. She explained all of the plans and was able to get the tech to our home that day. Our tech, Brad, was super! He explained everything and even had a dog treat for my puppies.

My technician was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, offered suggestions as to what I could do to eliminate problems and always called to make an appointment to do the service.  Kevin was a very courteous person whom I did not hesitate to let into my house.  Since downsizing and moving, we no longer have a need for this service but I would call them again if anything were to arise.  I am very impressed with their commitment to customer service.

Mark came out to the house.  I thought he was great.  He was the only sane person I talked to.  I wish I would have talked to him first, because the other companies panicked me.  He was the only one who didn't make me more worried than I already was.  He made it seem like it was no big deal.  He actually teaches bedbug detection and elimination.

Both Mandy in the office and Justin our technician were very professional and courteous explaining all details of the work to be done and cost.
Haven't seen a spider since, but are still seeing the ants.
Hopefully this or the next treatment will take care of that completely.
I was a little dissapointed to find out Angies list had advertised a $50.00 discount for Angies list members on intial service by Go-Forth. I mentioned to the technician that we had found them through Angies List, but no mention of the available discount was made. I guess i should have been armed with the printable coupon when they arrived.

The people on the phone were very professional, as was our technician. I believe Go-Forth does a great job advertising, they produce a nice newsletter but none of that makes their service any better than the competition. The price is fair and the service was average.  I will not continue to use.

"Our #1 priority is to ensure that our services exceed our customer's expectations. As such, we are working to remedy any concerns the customer has about his pest control service. We offer free additional services with our service plans and are fully committed to solving our customers' pest problems. We have been unable to reach the customer via phone or email to schedule such a service or discuss his concerns but we are working diligently to do so - and will not consider our work complete until our customer is fully satisfied. As we understand it, some spider webs were found around the exterior of his home, which we would like to return to fully remove for him. Removing spider webs is 1 of the 12 steps that we perform with the Premier Service that the customer purchased. If it is possible that we overlooked one or that one was created following the service, we will certainly return at the customers convenience to remove it. Our understanding is that the customer's original problem with ants has been remedied. The customer has not communicated with us any concerns about his pest control service and at each and every service we have performed a thorough inspection and not found any evidence of an ongoing ant problem. This customer did communicate to us earlier this year that he was not experiencing any pest problems. If this is not the case, we want an opportunity to correct it right away. The customer did mention a tick problem when he first contacted us, but after reviewing our service plans, he chose not to purchase our My Elite Plus service which includes regular tick treatments in the yard. He instead chose our Premier Service which does NOT include tick treatments and covers general pest control for the home only. Again, we are working hard to reach our customer to discuss his tick problem and see if he wishes to upgrade to our My Elite Plus service, which we ensure will remedy the tick problem he is experiencing. We will continue our efforts to reach a resolution."

I am very impressed with both the professionalism and the results gained from Go-Forth. We told them we suspected mice in our basement; traps were put out, and mice died. I found a nest of wasps in a wall; poison was injected, and wasps died. I've not seen any interior bugs at all since the monthly service was initiated, which to me says it is working. I couldn't be more pleased. Plus, the technician shows up when he is supposed to, which is very much appreciated.

We had European hornets nesting in a hole in the foundation of the house. One had actually worked it's way through insulation and up the wall, somehow got in the bathroom upstairs. Freddie came on time, found the nest and gave me the price to get rid of them. He explained the service plans they offer, but did not pressure me when I declined. He did a free termite inspection before attacking the hornets. He explained that we could expect to see them flying around for a couple days and to feel free to call him anytime if we were concerned. The neighbor saw him come back the next day and spray some more even though we didn't call him. He made sure the problem was solved, which we really appreciated! We were very pleased and will certainly call them again with any future problems

Quick to come out. See a fair amount of bug activity shortly after treatments. A few times pest man just showed up (during winter months). Office tried to charge me $150 "start up fee" since we called in a few days outside the monthly schedule (we negotiated that fee away).

"Upon notification that the member was not completely satisfied with his service, we contacted him right away to address his concerns and specifically investigate his concerns about the quality of his service. We discovered that when the member originally contacted our company we made a recommendation for a service based on his pest problems, but instead created a unique service based on the requirements and limitations that the member requested. Based on our expertise, we have now recommended that he upgrade to our "My Elite" service, which is our full coverage, no hassle, top-of-the-line service, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Our goal is to exceed each customer's expectations and we are confident with this service we can exceed the member's expectations and leave him very satisfied with our services. We have yet to hear whether the member will take our recommendation for the My Elite Service."

The process went smoothly from start to finish, from the initial inspection and proposal to the treatment and clean-up.  Go-forth staff was friendly and professional, offering documentation for everything from insurance to licensing.  After one year, I have seen no visable signs of further termite problems.  My one-year inspection is coming up soon, so hopefully Go-Forth will be able to confirm that there has been no further damage.
