Delivery Service
I live in New Mexico and purchased a sofa from a company (Spectrahomefurniture.com - they're great) in North Carolina. Upon delivery, the drivers tried to collect $387.00 from me for delivery. The delivery had already been paid for by Spectra. I called Spectra and the delivery person plaid dumb. Before I called the driver said; "Just give us a check and if it has already been paid we'll return it." Haha!
They say, "all's well that ends well" - well, it wasn't over. When I opened my garage I could not get out because the huge box the sofa came in and all of the packing material was left in my driveway.
