Showed up to give estimate, which was on spot. When time of job arrived, the owner introduced me to crew and they began in kitchen. Once that got going a man began working in upstairs bath. I never worried about messes in evenings when they left. They got the entire job done (and it was tough job) in one week as promised. Owner there each day to check on progress and check in with me.
