I went by the office on Archdale Rd in the morning and the tech was able to come early that afternoon.  Both the office staff and the technician were very polite and informative.  When entering my home to check the thermostat the technician even removed his shoes! He had to replace a faulty part and took care of a wire that was causing the unit to trip a breaker.   A+ service.  Thank you!

They were very good. We were happy with them. We were unhappy with the price because he put in a Trane which is a good unit. He happened to live in our neighborhood so we knew him and we just went with him.  His friendliness, professionalism and efficiency of doing things were very good. They just sent us an reminder that it is time to get it cleaned for the winter. We would use their services again.
