She is very good. She handles old people really well. We have been seeing her for probably 5 years. They are very professional and they've got a good reputation. They are very nice. When you go in, they are very prompt. My mother-in-law is 91 years old and as I said, she is very good with older people. However, I have hearing aids too. But we originally went to her because my mother-in-law needs to get hearing aids and didn't want them. She was so good that she actually got her to get them. She is very good. She is very customer-friendly. I like her. She even delivers the hearing aid batteries to my mother-in-law.

They are easy to work with. They have done a good job in getting my hearing aids repaired when I had to get it fixed.
