Dilligence Heating A/C & Mechanical Solutions

After using several different methods to stay in touch up until the appointed day, they showed up bright and early the morning of that day. Did the job quickly and professionally, and delivered what was promised.

Perfect! Dilligence was top-notch as usual and very customer-service oriented. They go the extra mile to answer all questions and provide outstanding customer service. My only concern is the price for service. Dilligence offers an annual service contract which I have not purchased yet, which would make a bi-annual service more affordable. I was able to take advantage of their Angie's List discount offer so the price was more competitive. I feel confident that Dilligence service team is more knowledgeable and experienced than other HVAC companies.

Excellent to work with. Understood the scope of work and recommended products and sensitivity of pricing. Jason was also extremely flexible with scheduling. I was renovating the house and he worked within my time frame and as renovation progressed returned to complete job.

Everything went well. Tech was friendly: answered my questions. Service was preformed promptly.

I had two units. They each needed Free-on and charged.  I would give them an A on everything.  I will use them again and would recommend them.

All the work was done on time and on schedule and budget. Very, very professional workman and helpful before, during and after the installation. HIGHLY recommend!

We have a two story home that has an HVAC gas system on the ground floor level and a heat pump system for the upper floor (so two systems). Sadly, not long after buying our home, the upstairs system stopped working. Turns out there were several holes in the coils. The house is 12 years old and the repair was going to reach the 4 figure mark. We determined for a system of this age, it was not worth paying the repair price. We began an in depth research project into heat pump systems. After all the research, we decided to go with a Bryant system. Bryant lists two certified installers in our area, so we obtained estimates from each of them.
Prior to determining that we wanted a Bryant, we obtained four other estimates from some of the well known HVAC companies in town. The price difference on the estimates (for same size of equipment/system) were a bit shocking. It actually helped us determine who we would NOT use.
Jason, from Dilligence, was by far the most professional person we came in contact with through all this. He answered all our questions and then some. He took a great deal of time with us and gave us estimates on four different systems (so we could determine which one suited our budget). He offers a 2 year service agreement on the system, included in the price.
His team always arrived on time and were very clean, polite and knowledgeable. They worked on two of the coldest days of this winter and they never complained. We tried to send them home mid-afternoon on the first day as there was about a 1/2 inch of snow on the ground (still coming down) and we were really worried they wouldn't get home safely. They continued working until they finished the day's job. They never left one spot of dirt anywhere.
All inspections were arranged by Jason and all took place with no issues. Jason completed our product registration with Bryant and he also submitted our rebate forms to Duke Energy.
We have done a lot of work since buying this house (new hot water heater, new fence around the property, new faucets, new kitchen appliances, lawn care, etc.). We moved back to the USA after living overseas for 13 years. We have been surprised at how unpleasant hiring ANY kind of workmen can be here. We don't remember it being that way when we were living here 13 years ago. How things change. Hiring Jason was a top notch experience. He really cares about his work and his clients. It is obvious. I recommend him highly.

He worked extremely well coordinating with Piedmont Natural Gas which is a feat in itself. Was very profesional. The inspector for Winston Salem even told me he did a really good job, now that in itself is a good recommendation since he sees the work of so many other contractors. I have used this company many times so have alot of experience with them and have been nothing but satisfied.
