David is a very knowledgeable professional when it comes to pianos He responded to my request to get my piano tuned, quickly, his estimate for the service was exactly what he charged, he showed up at the exact time he said he would. My piano was not tuned for many years, but It was in good condition so a tuning was all that was needed. He answered all my questions, and explained to me what he was going to do service wise, and advised me on care and upkeep of the piano. I will use his services again in the future.

He was precisely on time, extremely professional and friendly, and very knowledgable - not only about pianos, but loves music and we had a wonderful conversation. He sent a detailed estimate within the time stated, covering all we'd discussed. We have used the Duncan's for tuning for a very long time, but this will be the first time having them do major repairs and refurbishment to our Baldwin grand. I have the utmost trust in the Duncan's to do great work. It takes only a moment to see that Stephen truly cares about his craft and his customers. We are making plans right now to have the piano picked up and sent for the repairs.

He called to see if he could come a bit earlier than our original appointment. He got right to work and spent about 1-1/2 hours tuning our upright piano. It sounds great now.

He came recommended by the piano tuner at the college. He's a very honest guy. He's always right on time or within ten minutes. He takes his time and even rewound a couple of the bass strings instead of saying it needed to be restrung.
