Pine needles were spread and holly bushes were pruned adequately. Darrell and crew were friendly and courteous. First problem was getting an estimate for the work. When corresponding with Darrell about when/whether he could do the job, I asked questions about cost but got no response. He finally gave me an estimate for the pine needles but said that he would have to see the site before quoting on the pruning. His crew arrived early, ready to prune. I told them I could not let them begin until I got a quote. Darrell arrived soon and gave me a quote, which was good, so I told them to begin. They finished in a timely manner, I (too quickly) looked at the work and wrote a check. Second problem, next day as I was pruning some azaleas I noticed holly clippings: In the holly bushes, in the surrounding shrubs, most blown into piles and covered with pine needles. It didn't appear that they had removed any clippings. I spent the entire day picking up holly clippings and separating them from pine needles which I didn't want to throw away since I had paid for them. I filled up a curbside yard waste bin, and then some. If you want an adequate job done at a reasonable price and don't care much about the details, these are your guys. Or make sure you are all on the same page before they do the work and check the job carefully as they go along.

It was great! He did a thorough job, and told me the things I need to do next. Only time will tell if this was effective. But from a service standpoint, I'm very satisfied. :-)

Ok, had to go to store and throw some more seeds down

It went amazing! Darrell and his team did a phenomenal job on aerating the yard, laying the seed and giving us instructions on how to care for it to ensure optimal results. Darrell responded to us in a timely fashion, and let us know almost a full hour in advance that he was on his way to provide our service. We will DEFINITELY hire Darrell and his team again for our lawn care needs.

They did a great job, we will use them again in the future

They were very fast. They brought a whole crew in here and it took an hour. The grass turned out thicker, so that was good. We had inclement weather, so they had to reschedule. That was perfectly understood. When the weather cleared up, they came right out.

Darrell was very pleasant and got the guys out within a couple of days. They were very efficient and professional. I've never seen lawn maintenance people dressed so nicely. We are looking forward to a lush lawn and will definitely call Darrell if we need service in the future.
