Andy provided a price that was much less than the other company I received a quote from. Not only that, but Andy provided me with knowledge on why my tree had died. He and his crew were careful to minimize yard damage. They also cleaned everything up. Thanks so much to you guys for a job well done!!

EXCELLENT! Communication was great, and Andy patiently worked around my varying schedule. He and his assistant did exactly what they had explained they would-- at the exact same price he quoted! I am extremely pleased with the entire operation. BTW, I contacted another tree service first, and was quoted a price more than double Andy's.

We had plants and bushes near by and they did not do any damages. They cleaned up very well including the stump grinding.

Andy and his crew was very efficient taking down the trees.  One tree was leaning/hanging towards the house and he needed to drop sections of the tree away from the house and yard.  Left 20 inch "logs" to be cut up for fire wood.  Came back later that week to grind stumps.  He did an few extras that were not included.  Without a doubt, if all small business owners did business like Andy, getting things done would be easy.

We were selling our house and needed trees cut back and down from the house.  He assessed the situation and ended up cutting down three small trees and cut back a lot around the house.  Costing us ONLY $325.  Looked great!

I left a message for someone to call me, and the owner, Andy Cunningham, called me back promptly and he came to my home within a couple of days to estimate the job.  He immediately wrote out an a very detailed estimate for the work to be done, which he gave me, and  I hired him on the spot. Andy called me the next day to schedule the work.   Initially, Andy told me that the job would take about a day and a half, but he and two other men worked very diligently and  got all the work done in one day.  My husband and I are very pleased with the quality, professionalism, and responsiveness of Andy and his crew.  We would DEFINITELY hire Cut Right Tree Service again, and have already recommended them to friends.

We have been renting a chipper from HD to chip tree limbs from a clearing.  We were not able to rent the chipper for the last day so I called Andy.  He is extremely professional and his crew did an excellent job.  He had asked if we wanted extra chips and we did,  which he was happy to bring us at no charge.  They raked up the little pieces and even got out the blower.  I would highly recommend his company.

Scheduling:  Calls were promptly returned.  The quote process was quick.  Andy was extremely accommodating in scheduling to my availability as we wanted to be present given the nature of the trimming.  This was very much appreciated!   It's not very often that one finds this level of Customer Service.

Work:  The crew arrived punctually and worked very efficiently.  In less than two hours they finished and cleaned the premises.   They were thorough, very detailed, and, safety conscious.

It was good.  We had an ice storm and it had messed up some trees so we had them come trim them up for us. 

I reached out via Angie's List and had a response at the start of the week. Andy called me later that day and set up a time for him to come out for an estimate. He left a written estimate the following day with detailed report on what he would do and had a competitive price. He was able to schedule us in at the end of the week, just three days after his estimate. I was unable to be there during the tree trimming but he called me to verify what I wanted for a second time before starting. He did a great job and cleaned up everything. It was a great service and we would use Andy again in a heartbeat.

He is excellent. He cleans up everything and he gives you a fair price. He does a very professional job. It was a large tree and when he cleans up, it is like the tree was not there. I call them all the time.

Andy Cunningham the owner/operator arrived with two assistants early morning to remove two very large, over 200 years old trees with the largest tree about three feet in diameter at the stump. In two and a half hours they had the first tree down, branches ground and large trunk sections set aside. The second and largest of the two trees took a bit longer but the whole job was done by late afternoon. The stumps were cut close to the ground as I had asked. Cleanup was very good. They paid attention to details such as pruning off a few limbs on a nearby tree that had gotten hit when the large stalk fell.

I don't think one could ask for more from a tree removal company.

He maintained good contact with us prior to the service: gave an estimate that was very competitive with others we received and did not exceed it.  He was very careful in the process to see what problems needed to be addressed about safety, efficiency, and timeliness and to discuss them with us.  He made sure he was meeting our expectations and needs.  His communication was good and he came promptly on the day we agreed upon.  He had the tree on the ground in 15 minutes.  He was careful with his equipment not to harm the lawn and ornamental plants.  His crew was nice and skilled.  They all worked consistently and diligently so that the big tree and all the other tasks were finished in one day, even though Andy had thought it might take two days since the tree was so large.  The cleanliness and unmarred condition of the work sites was impressive.  We would hire this company again if we needed their service.

Cut Right promptly gave us a price and made several good suggestions with regard to timing of the work so to reduce the chance of property damage.  They came in, prepared the area, cut and disposed of trees.  They finished off by cleaning the area.  Very professional service done at a reasonable price by competent and very nice techs.  Great work.
