I have used this company many times over the past 16 years. The frozen casseroles are excellent and a nice way to welcome a new mommy home from the hospital...or to help a sick neighbor. I keep several on hand for last minute dinners or when I just don't feel like cooking. My favorite items are the potato salad and chicken salad (all white meat). We have picky eaters at our house and they never refuse these items. The small ham and cheese biscuits (frozen) are lovely to have on hand for company or holidays. You can take out as many as you like and leave the rest frozen. Quality is excellent.
