CHARLES W HAMLIN INSPECTION

Charles is a professional and very thorough home inspector.  He actually worked with us on two homes we wanted to buy, the first of which we did not.  He spent at least 4 hours on each modest sized older home going through all the systems and nooks and crannies with a fine toothed comb.  He was very patient while we walked the homes with him and asked questions.  He was very good at explaining to us what he found while remaining neutral so that we could make an informed decision.  He is the 4th home inspector we've worked with in our home buying experiences.  We would say he is by far the best, most thorough, most patient and most professional inspector we've met to date.  We will continue to recommend his services to our friends and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good home inspector in the Triad area.
