I called and easily scheduled an appointment for the next day. Chris was very responsive and gave us a window of time for the service call. He called when he was on his way and was within the window he had given us. He diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes and provided an estimate. We agreed to the price and he had the washer fixed within 20 minutes. Entire call lasted less than a half hour. Chris is efficient, personable and professional. We will use him again should the need arise.

They charge $69 just to come out and then refused to touch or interact with our dishwasher at all because I already pick on parts just doing some trouble shooting. So they told us that we had to put the dishwasher back together and then call them back out. The upfront fee without doing any work was what probably stood out to me very much. They also treated my wife very disrespectfully. He's sort of dismissive, great big size like we were a burden to him or wasting his time. It was a bad experience.

I called Chris from At Your Serivce on Monday and left a message. I then called another company and booked an appointment for later that day to have a tech come and analyze the problem. I was speaking to the call desk and not the tech so I couldn't explain my problem over the phone to know if it would be worth the cost of the trip $75. After I hung up, Chris from At Your Service, returned my call. Since I was speaking directly with the owner and technician that would fix my dishwasher, I was able to explain the problem over the phone. He knew exactly what was wrong and what part was needed and ordered it that day. I then cancelled my appointment with the other company since he was very confident of what was needed and was willing to order the part to avoid any further delays. He said he would come out the next day to fix it and he did on time. He showed my the problem and gave me the old part to show what was wrong. I will use him again if any other appliances need repair.

he was very professional and pleasant, came out on Fri, eve although the office stated I wouldn't get assistance until Monday. stating he didn't want me to have to go all weekend with the fridge not working.

He showed up 35 min early, but did call first.
The icemaker on our refrigerator wasn?t working. He replaced the water valve but later realized that it wasn?t the problem. He also replaced the ice maker. He said he could either take it out or give it to us for half price. I decided to keep it at that price. He said it should start working in a few hours but took much longer, it wasn?t until later that evening.

My initial call to this company was answered promptly and a mutually agreeable service date and time was arranged. Chris, the repairman, called us on the repair date to make sure the time we agreed to was still ok. It was. He showed up promptly.
Chris is an easy fellow to talk with and he explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions.

I called At your Service appliances and it was the only company that picked their phone when I called and this is a big plus. I spoke with Dick and he set up an appointment at 8:30 am. with Tony. Tony came at 9:30 am an hour late, and told that in order to fix the dishwasher I need to spend 400.00 almost because the motor was broken (dishwwasher was 8 years also.) The serviceman was not talkative as long as suggestions and I had to ask a lot of questions in order to guide me to the right direction.

I was extremely happy with the customer service provided by this company! He worked very hard and quickly, but he didn't charge me a lot - his rates were very reasonable! He fixed the problem I was having, and sent a follow up letter including a calling card and urged me to contact him if there were any problem. I could tell his mother raised him right, he was very mannerly and courteous!

The first Tech came out and tested the compressor, it wouldn't start, so he tried a part he had in the truck but it wouldn't work so he declared the compressor dead and I decided to let him order a new one.
Another Tech came out to install the compressor but first he tried swapping out a part (a starter or solinoid or something) from the new compressor to see if it would work on mine,and it did!
They only charged me for the part I needed instead of making me take the whole compressor which I didn't need!!
I was very happy because the original cost of the repair was much higher.
I would use them again.

They sent two different guys out for this one, one didn't have the part (thermostat) so he ordered it, and another tech came out the following day to install it.

I've used this company several times (almost all on the same fridge)
Every experince has been generally positive, however it is sometimes difficlut to understand the scheduler on the phone.
I've worked with several differnet techs and they all know thier stuff. I'm never lucky enough for the part to be on the truck though, but since they only charge for the trip once, it's never been an issue.

I called this company and spoke with Chris. Over the phone, Chris diagnsed the problem and, at my request, readily suggested things for me to try trouble-shooting the problem myself so I could avoid a service call. When they did not work I called Chris back and he scheduled a reapr visit the next day. Chrais arrived on time and successfully did the necessary work in a prompt and professional manner. He was pleasant and explained what he was doing throughtout the work. In the end, not all the parts coneedted to the ice makeer had to be replaced so the fial bill was LESS than the original estimate.

It took two visits to make these repairs since parts had to be ordered. I had to pay a trip charge of $60 but was only charged that once.

I did not like the way that their office worked but the man that did the work, did it well. He was on time. Their office was not very good. Their price was about average. They messed up with their responsiveness. I don't know if I would use them again in the future as it is questionable.

They came in Nov 05 to first repair the refrigerator, and I thought it was fixed. After a couple of months it started doing it again and I messed with it until I was fed up and called them back. They couldn't find the ticket from when I was last serviced so I went looking for mine, found it and had it when the next man came back to repair. I had talked to Chris and asked him how much would it be to repair it again, he would never answer me. When the man came out they were going to charge me the regular service charge, well I didn't pay it and the frig was repaired again(?), so when Chris called about not paying the bill, I told him that I would pay half, but it wasn't repaired properly the first time, and I was sorry it had been six months since the first time. He agreed, but since our conversation it is back leaking again, and I am going to pay the $29.00 as promised but won't use them again. I work in customer service and with customers and I know you have to do what is right.
