The tech doesn't return calls and did his work in the dark. He gave me the wrong thermostat and my heat went out in extreme temps. I called and he didn't get back to me for 4 days and he returned with the correct thermostat. My house is still difficult to adjust to the right temperature. Now, I will contact a more professional company to fix whatever it is that they screwed up. I'd never recommend this company.
