Nick, the manager is very accommodating. I feel that he is a very honest and trustworthy individual. We had to bring the car back after picking it up the first time because of a rattle in the dash and a noise when turning the car to the right. It was determined that the new motor mount was bad. The fixed the rattle in the dash and replaced the motor mount. Had to bring it back one more time because the emergency flasher wasn't connected.
We have since taken one of our other cars to him for oil change, tire rotation and new brakes.

The mechanics showed me the brake pads and even suggested a few things to help make them last longer. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly and honest (which many times is difficult to find)! I also loved that the shop was open later than the other shops in the area. By staying open just a few hours later they saved me about $90 because I didn't have to rent a car while mine was in the shop overnight.
