We had these guys convert our screened porch into a sunroom. Very impressed with their quality of work and professionalism. The salesman Mike Hudson was very patient with us, Dave Dunn the production manager was very responsive and the folks who did the work were super nice and very prompt. Thanks guys for a good experience. Highly recommended.

We've just hired them and will start the project in 3 months....a sunroom and new deck. So far we are incredibly impressed. Our rep is Mike Hudson and he is wonderful to work with. Follow-up with contractor is slow.

The company is not easy to work with. They were late answering our emails, late returning calls, prolonged the project due to not having enough help on the site. The contractor that came out was very good and we were pleased with his work habits. However, we were told there would be a "crew" doing the work and one man does not constitute a "crew". Therefore, it took a lot longer than we were originally told by the salesman. We will not refer them to our friends and relatives.

This company was the first I obtained a quote from Larry York, to build a screened porch over an existing deck. I attempted to get more quotes and the business were either rude, no showed, or flat out told me what I wanted to do was IMPOSSIBLE for the price I was quoted by Sun Life. My husband and I had some revisions to the original drawings and visited the showroom and spoke with Charles Grindstaff. TOTAL PROFESSIONALISM! Charles was very willing to make the revisions and upset to hear about the run around we had from his competitors. We were so pleased with this company that we purchased furniture for out yet to be built room that day. Charles even gave us a discount on that! This is a family owned business that prides themselves on good workmanship and pleasing the customer. Andy and his crew did an awesome job, keeping us up to date on the progress (High Point gave them a hard time about inspections). They were clean , courteous and did a beautiful job. We can't wait until spring to use our new room. I would highly recommend this company. Don't waste your time on other quotes.
