He busted my plastic sink basket. I told him I did not have any problems with the plumbing that connects to the sink, but he tightened it with a pipe wrench and busted it and water just poured out from it and he would not replace it. I had to hire a plumber to repair the leak. He told me on the phone he charged $23 an hour and then changed the price when he got here. When I asked him, he said he did not give me anything in writing. He says unnecessary stuff.
