Chad didn't have the part with him as he fit me in on a busy day (the lady that answered the phone was so polite and I'm sure that's why they came that very day)even though I called late..... He did fix the unit so that my 87 year old father would have heat until he could come back the next day with the part.

They did a good job, but never sent me any bills. It took them nine days to get my furnace fixed. I didn?t think they were very professional either.
