EXPENSIVE & BAIT 'n SWITCH - WATCH OUT! We had "won" a free service visit worth $65 at a silent auction so we called this plumber to change a toilet flapper. When we received the bill, we were shocked. Paul's charges $65 just to show up, then does the work. The total for this simple procedure *(10 minutes) was $251 less the $65 silent auction service call amount! I was schocked. I have NEVER had any plumber charge that kind of rate. The work seems fine, but I would caution anyone to get a firm quote BEFORE the company even comes to your home.
