Thanks for viewing my profile on Angie's List. Since 1999, Lina has been helping people just like you buy and sell their homes or investment properties. She has a way of making you feel like you are the only person she has to work with when working with you and always makes you know what you say is being heard. She will make sure she contacts you often to let you know how your transaction is going. Lina prides herself in being able to listen to your needs then exceed your expectations, this is why more than 95% of her business is referral business from past clients. She is an experienced, dedicated and caring real estate broker. Buying or selling a home could not be made easier with her expertise and superior service. Lina's goal is to become a valuable resource for her clients for any of their real estate needs. She has strong relationships with many hard-working people in the real estate trades who can help regarding upgrades, renovations, refinancing and/or (of course) the actual move! She is privileged to meet so many great people and share their expertise with her clients. Lina has lived in Hickory all of her life, with her late husband of 47 years, Harold, 3 children and 6 grandchildren. She is very active in her church leading a women's bible study and helping with the Bridge Hispanic connection. When not helping her clients, Lina likes to walk, hike local mountain trails and spend time with her family. Lina gives back to the community by supporting the Susan G Komen fight against breast cancer, Children's Miracle Network and the NC Lung Association.
