Would have used but, the estimate was over a thousand dollars more than the others.

He gave me an estimate on Saturday and the roof was finished the following Friday. He was recommended by a friend who had used him. She had another family member that used his services and several friends also. Based on her experience I hired him to do the job. It is a tin roof and he replaced parts of it and the other parts he painted with a special paint to keep it from rusting. He told me how much he could do it for and that was the final price. There were no suprises. They cleaned up after and he didn't ask for payment until the job was finished.
