The previous owner had a cat, and my husband is highly allergic. He has had no problems in our new home.
I noticed someone else in our neighborhood had them the following week to do theirs.
In terms of the cleaning method they use, we've used steam cleaners in the past and always felt shorted by the actual effort put forth to "clean" our carpets. Much to our happiness, this visit was the exact opposite. The machine used, and their attention to detail, left our carpets as clean and fresh as we've seen them in years. Even the pet stains were eliminated.
