Guardian Protection plan found every possible way not to abide to their warranty, leaving a 100 year old man without his lift recliner for mobility. They should be ashamed of themselves! See pic of bolts that fell out of bottom of recliner, remote that I had to put electrical tape on because wires became exposed and last is a pic of the recliner itself which looks brand new, doesn't have any wear and tear. Both remote and bolts are a danger to this 100 year old man.

We bought the product insurance agreement. They were unhelpful  and reliable. The mini insurance policy was very misleading.

This company is the insurance the dealer sells to cover the interior of your car against stains, rips and tears. It is only good for 5 years for a new car and 3 for a used. I purchased the leather care system for my truck. I was was washing my truck when I noticed some small cracks in the leather on my driver's seat. I called to report the claim and faxed the necessary info for the claim then heard nothing from them. I called to find out the status of the claim and found out it was rejected. The company states that I waited longer than 5 days from the time of the damage ocurred to report it which nullifies the warranty.
