Guardian Protection Products came out and said the damage to the sofa was not covered. I think it was complete B.S. No reliable company should offer Guardian, because they are not for real. They won't cover anything. They make you go through such steps. You have to take photos of it, email it, and fill out forms within 24 hours of the incident. They don't tell you any of this when you buy the insurance. It was really awful. The people were super nice. With smiles on their faces telling me that no it is not covered. You just have to jump through a bunch of hoops and then in the end they don't cover it. The guy who came out was really nice. I would never use them. They make you jump through a bunch of hoops to file a claim and then they don't cover the claim.
