They were on time for their inspection and very friendly and professional. We later discovered that our hot water heater was not working prior to moving in to our home, which was not caught by the inspector. I spoke with Adam Cole about the issue, and he assured me he would investigate the issue and get back to me. We spoke several times, and he was always very professional and was very apologetic about the problem. The company ended up reimbursing us for the cost of the hot water heater we had to purchase before moving in to our new home. Adam Cole also assured us that the employee which had failed to catch the problem was no longer with the company. I give them high marks for standing behind their work and being an ethical company.
