+ -1 moreGood to excellent; enjoyable persons. Really know what they are doing, and do it efficiently. Only problem was their charging for drive time (for each member of the team of two), arrived late, didn't stay to the precise time charged. Thus their fee, as I calculate was $28/ hour, instead of the $25/ hour that was agreed upon. I respect the need to be pay a fair and prevailing wage, however this is extreme for our area, and more that I make myself. Thus I cannot afford to use them.
Description of Work: Deep cleaning of kitchen, bathroom, living room.

Description of Work: Deep cleaning of portions house done very well and thoroughly (2 days employed). Cheerful and responsive. They had to travel a considerable distance, and charged for that, which in itself was not an issue, however it lended to not as early an arrival as was intended. | |Addionally and probably related, they did not actually stay the entire time I was billed for. In short, the high fee of $25/hr, actually became $28+/hr inclusive of work and driving time. That bottom line causes me to decide not to use them again. | |They did a fine job, with energy, so for your needs in Hickory, I recommend these charming ladies.

Description of Work: Deep cleaned my bathroom. What an amazing job they did. They were a blessing to me and a joy to have in my home. I am the luckiest lady in Conover, NC., because they were able to work my home in to their very busy monthly cleaning schedule. I am so blessed.

+ -1 moreHe is rated as a Master Sweep (certified and insured) After completing the inside work, he evaluated the outside and found previous stone work added to the chimney had not been done in a manner that would allow a cap to be installed on the chimney. He will return to correct the problem. He was professional and very neat and clean. He laid floor protectors prior to all work and with the use of a very strong vacuum left no dirt in the house. He is also a full time firefighter for the city and let's face it fire is his business. I am very pleased with the service.
Description of Work: Jeff Barger evaluated and cleaned my chimney and firebox.

+ -1 moreThey did an astounding job, I was very surprised. They went above and beyond what I asked them to do! They came 30-45 min early and they had everything that they needed. They walked in the door, I gave them a few directions and the went from there.

+ -1 moreFor the complete cleaning, Tina and Doreen moved all furniture, pulled everything out of closets and drawers, reached high and low and even used ladders to clean windows on the outside. Everything was put back in it's place after the complete cleaning which took a couple of work days. They did a spectacular job! They even generated a list of issues to take back to the builder of things that they noticed that should be fixed (E.G. cracked fixtures, damaged window sills, etc.)! Now they come every other week to do general cleaning. We are very happy with their service!
Description of Work: Complete wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling inside and outside cleaning. They also do customized periodic cleaning. All work is billed by the hour.
