Chem-Dry offered to come to the house and clean the chair but we took to their location instead. Jamie made sure that someone was available to meet us when we delivered.
The chair was ready in a few days and the ink and water mark were completely removed. The chair looked new again!
When we went to pick up Jamie met us again at our convenience. It had been raining earlier and since we were hauling in the back of a truck Jamie wrapped the chair completely in plastic to prevent any water getting on it.
We couldn't be happier with the results and the excellent service. We will most definitely use their services again if the need arises and will recommend to everyone!
