Carrington Court Direct

.I ordered 6 dining room chairs.  We have used these chairs everyday for 4 months and they are very comfortable.   I looked at local furniture stores and the Carrington Court chairs were a better price.  The quality of these chairs was excellent for the price. 
A couple of the chair rungs were finished poorly on the underside but no one sees that so I am not upset about it.  They rushed my delivery so that I would have the chairs in time for a baby shower that I was hosting. Great service and easy to work with!

We ordered 3 counter height barstools covered in gray leather with nail heads from Carrington Court Direct in May 2014 and received them 5 weeks later in June 2014.  Though they cost a little more than most bar stools, they are VERY well made and look gorgeous.  We would definitely order from them again.  Extremely happy with our purchase.

I ordered leather chairs for a dining area. They arrived before Xmas as promised and they exceeded expectations. The wood legs were stained to match a sample I sent in and they were perfect. I was extremely anxious to take a chance on ordering furniture via Internet but I would recommend this company to anyone. In fact, my sister intends to use this company after seeing my chairs. I couldn't be more pleased.

the customer service was excellent and the finished project is sturdy, beautiful and well made. This chairs will last for a very long time and look as good today as they did when they were sent (except where my puppy worked  part of the skirt over,ha!)

The ordering went very smoothly, by a combination of on-line and phone.  The chairs arrived in perfect condition in about 5 weeks as expected.  The one minor problem was that we'd asked for larger glides, which they didn't have, but, after a phone call, they sent such glides.

I needed a chair for a small guest room. A certain size, shape and color family.  I searched the internet for a source since I couldn't find any in the stores around the city.  The staff at this company go above and beyond in providing service to their customers.  I had some trouble with the delivery company and they came in and handled the delivery company for me.  They got the problem resolved instantly.  Very good communication and very timely service. The chair was ready before the est. date they gave me.
The chair is beautiful and very well made.  I plan on ordering from the again.

We chose the design from an extensive list of options.  Then we bought the fabric and sent it to them.  Back came the chairs, well packaged in big boxes.  They're comfortable and attractive, and we have received many compliments from our guests.

It was a fabulous experience. I was looking for custom made furniture. They didn’t have online the exact dimension of the chair that we were looking for. She was more than happy to build a chair according to our needs. Before we went ahead, she was happy to provide me with a sample chair not in the leather that we were looking for but just dimensionally. We liked the chair and looked at the leather samples. We then placed an order for the chairs. They made the changes without any additional charge. The price itself was perfect. I think it was $279 for each chair. We actually paid $300 a chair with the shipping charges. They did not use the bycast leather, but genuine leather. The company is very accommodating. We were very happy. They went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. The quality of the finished product was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to the others. They were done with the custom made chairs in just three weeks. They were very quick. There’s nothing that they did that they have to improve upon. I would use their services again in the future.
