 + -1 moreVirgil Stokely is the owner of this company. It is a family owned company. He was excellent. He built a bulkhead for me in the water and he wanted his payment right then which I can understand but you cannot tell if a bulkhead is holding unless you give it some time. The tides have to come in, it has to go out. He did excellent work but I did not know him so I could not come in and pay him as soon as he finished the work. I need some time to see to see how the wood would up, if he has put it deep enough all of those things. I would definitely use him again. He needed his money but this was the first time I was ever using him and I think I may have given half of it upfront but I could not put everything into it until I saw that the bulkhead was steady and would with stand the water. I had to have some time in there. Price was fine.
Description of Work: I used Stokely & Holland Marine Construction to build bulkheads on decks.
