Overall experience with the Hertford office: excellent with delivery, service and office staff. Very professional, kind speaking staff. Overall experience with the Manteo, NC office: poor due to one year of 3x more delivery than any other years and poor response from office of my complaint. Poor to services provided in my home this month at more cost than the Hertford office or that the maintenance person in my home said would cost. Call to the Manteo office resulted in patronizing attitude and when said hold for check on bill, only put her hand over the phone and gossiped about my complaint for a few minutes and came back and said my charge was a minimum charge.....which was not true when I called the Hertford office.
