propane sales
 + -1 moreOverall experience with the Hertford office: excellent with delivery, service and office staff. Very professional, kind speaking staff. Overall experience with the Manteo, NC office: poor due to one year of 3x more delivery than any other years and poor response from office of my complaint. Poor to services provided in my home this month at more cost than the Hertford office or that the maintenance person in my home said would cost. Call to the Manteo office resulted in patronizing attitude and when said hold for check on bill, only put her hand over the phone and gossiped about my complaint for a few minutes and came back and said my charge was a minimum charge.....which was not true when I called the Hertford office.
Description of Work: Reed Oil has been delivering propane gas and has provided services for my propane cook stove since 1999. I live in a rural area between the two Reed Oil offices of Hertford, NC and the other one in Manteo, NC. Everytime I can, I get the people from Hertford to deliver and provide any services that I need. The difference between the two offices, although one owner I assume; is apples and oranges. After today, if I cannot get the Hertford office to deliver and service my home then I will change companies. This is even though this company is the least cost for heating of them all in the area and even though the Hertford office is the one that I consider to be superior of all propane heating services in the entire NC region.
