Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Initially, all went well. The workers were pleasant, and the cabinets are fine. However, New Colonial Cabinets never finished the job. The company promised to return to install the floor trim after our floor was redone (that took several months). Despite dozens of phone calls and several no-show appointments, they never came, never finished the job. After more than a year of this, we gave up. The molding strips are still in our garage.
If I had scored the company during the project, the grades would have been A's and B's. However, New Colonial Cabinets didn't finish the job they promised to do, and a year of customer frustration wiped out the good will the company had built up previously.
