"The customer failed to effectively communicate expectations. Requested a fall spring clean up but really wanted the entire existing landscaping removed which contained close to 1000 cubic feet. This is the same rate charged for labor and equipment as all my other very satisfied customers. I should not be allowed her to be absent during the on-site inspection."
