Sam Bostic Roofing

I thought that he was going to look at it and get back with me, but he went ahead and fixed everything and only charged me $50.00.
I am so glad I called him!   I saw that he had an "F" rating (at that time), but decided to give him a chance anyway.  I read the complaint that had been written, and from what I read, determined that there was probably "another side to the story".  I would recommend Sam Bostic to anyone.  I dont know about anybody else, but he was fair with me :-)  Thanks Sam!

He quoted me a price of $1500.00. Then he raised it $600.00.I agreed. He started work.The completion date changed 3 times. He then wanted to raise the price ANOTHER $500.00. I showed up on site. (I live in South Carolina about 5 hours away). He was not there. The place was a mess. The bathtub was filled with trash. There was paint all over the kitchen floor. The kitchen sink had had paint poured into it. The kitchen courtains and rods were gone. When I called him he said he would be there. When he arrived, I asked him why $500.00 more and where the kitchen curtains and rods were. He got very mad. He got in my face and told me to just pay him the $2100.00 and he would go away. When I went out front to tell him I was sorry that we had misunderstood each other, he proceeded to yell at me about how he would not make any money with only $2100.00. He then proceeded to destroy the windowscreen frame . He bent and broke it to make sure it was unusable. He then peeled rubber  down the street. It was a good thing my boyfriend was there. He thought I was there alone. I was afraid of him. I would not recommend this guy. I spent the whole day cleaning up after him. I need a snake now to clear the kitchen drain of paint and the bathtub also. The first time it rained, after his FIXING, the roof leaked still and the ceiling tiles fell again in livingroom. I now have another man fixing the roof AGAIN and replacing the fallen ceiling tiles again.
