Since the jeweler was at lunch, I left the bracelet with the promise that it would be ready before closing and I went to do other shopping. When I returned it was raining very hard, and there was no parking. I had my husband drop me off and then he drove around until I could pick up the bracelet which I assumed would only take a minute. The bracelet was ready, however, it took two clerks at least 15 minutes, and I am not exaggerating the time, to figure out how to ring up the sale since they had a new computer system. All the while my husband was continuing to circle the block. Needless to say neither my husband nor I were pleased. The worked performed was great, but my caution to customers would be to not go if you are in a hurry because until they figure out the new computer system, you will have a very long annoying wait.

I brought in two things recently, one of my favorite custom bear articulated legs fell off (then another leg and an arm). So I brought the bear torso in to be put back together again (kinda like Humpty Dumty). Rudi, the owner couldn't have been nicer and committed to playing a "mini" game of "Operation" on my bear. Rudi also sold one of the items I had on consignment and had a check ready for me. Makes is a pleasure to consign items there, actually everything there is a pleasure. The team is upbeat and quirky (can't leave without meeting Cheryl). Love the store, the quality of the merchandise and the friendly atmosphere the staff create. Thanks guys!
