Superior Comfort Systems

David did initial assessment, them arranged with Matt (owner) to put in new unit in very timely fashion.

Superior was one of four HVAC contractors we contacted for estimates for a new furnace with an option for an entirely new HVAC system and new ducts.  Of the four companies contacted, Mr. Askins was the most thorough in his review of our existing conditions and very creative in his solution for a new furnace location that was not in our attic.  He and his crew arrived as scheduled and completed the installation of the new system in a timely manner.  Superior's work was executed using high quality materials and with great attention to detail.  Upon completion, we were provided with detailed information and conversations regarding operating procedures.  I cannot recommend Superior Comfort Systems and Matt Askins highly enough.  Superior Comfort Systems is appropriately named...Superior!

Excellent. 2nd system HVAC installed at 2 different locations.

Our heat pump stopped working.  On our last service call we were told that we needed a new system but were putting it off until  Spring 2014.  With the temperature below freezing we needed help right away.  A trusted contractor that we know recommended Superior Service Group to us.  Mr. Askins came the next day and faxed his estimates to us the same evening.  He gave us several price choices and we went with the higher priced unit because of the energy efficiency and the ten year warranty on parts and labor..  There was a $200.00 rebate from Duke Energy.

He was able to begin work the following day.  Because of bad weather some parts were unable to be delivered, but he returned to finish the work the following day and we had heat by the evening.

Mr. Askins was very professional and informative about what he was doing and how the system would work.  The clean up was excellent and we were more than satisfied with the whole procedure.  Would definitely recommend him.
