The first time Kathy did my hair in November o 2013, the color and condition of my hair was just what I wanted.
The second time  on March 16, 2014  she used different products and was busy
chatting with another client.  She failed to keep an eye on my hair
processing and my hair was turned from dark brown to completely gray. 
Only she knows how much broke off and went down the drain. But over the
year that it took to grow out I was dealing with breakage right down to the
scalp and hair that had all the life and color bleached out of it.
I've been having the same short hair blonde highlights for 15 years and no
professional stylist has ever been so negligent.
I wish I had sued her although that did not occur to me at the time.

Waverly is a gem, and does amazing color. She's moved to Charlotte, but I've also tried Kristen there several times, and she is fantastic.

The hairdresser is excellent and I will continue to go there but the scheduling is difficult. Some of the hairdressers are overbooked and are difficult to make a hair appointment with. You frequently have to schedule months ahead for your appointment or it won't be available. Then if you have to reschedule it becomes a real headache. If I could find as good a hairdresser elsewhere I would switch. So overall the quality is excellent, cost is ok but scheduling is terrible.

Overall the experience was fine. My stylist was personable and I met the owner, who is also very personable. The stylist performing my services is young and needed to consult with the owner. While there is nothing wrong with consulting with co-workers, I have very color resistant hair that needs the attention of a stylist with more experience.
The final color was fine and, as I feared, started to fade within the first few days. I have noticeable grey around my temples and in a few spots on my head.
The haircut is fine and my hair is in good condition.
My recommendation would be to ensure you tell the person who makes your appointment that you need an experienced stylist if you have any issues with hair color.
Although I will not personally go back to this salon it is a nice place and fine for basic color and cut.

Very welcoming, I was a new customer, made to feel at home and comfortable from the start. Priscilla asked many questions to determine what was needed. I felt very pampered. I set up standing reservations, to make sure I stayed up with the great color and cut.
