He's good. I actually think he was very reasonable. He's honest. I've been talking to him about the roof and he was like, "Don't do this" and with the tiles and stuff. You'll see that he's honest. For responsivenesss, he's great. His punctuality is fine. He's not very professional, he's kind of casual.

He is very honest. You are going to know what's being done. You are not going to pay too much or too little.
