Set an appointment for service within a week with a verbal estimate.
Showed up on time to complete service.
Gave a full report and charged as estimated.
Also completed septic tank work in 2011
We will not do business with them again and definitely will not recommend them to anyone.
After they left I called around and got quotes for a Saturday daytime call of this nature which range from $75 to $145. I am definitely at fault for not asking for the price before hand. But I feel Simpson's took advantage of my disability and need for quick service and charged way more than a reasonable amount for this task. I would not trust them to be fair in the future.
