Semper Fi Plumbing

They installed new plumbing in my new home. There are leaks and other issues. I have called them numerous times to fix the issues and cannot get a callback. You would think a veteran-owned company would stand by their work.

We bought the replacement pump and had it waiting for him. He installed the pump. He also noticed there was an error code coming from one of our tankless heaters. He advised that we call the gas company to diagnose the issue with our gas pressure. The service was perfect. He had glowing reviews on our local Homeowner's Association website. He's very skilled and knowledgeable. He's also reasonably priced.

Had a commitment from Semper Fi to do my rough in plumbing.  At 10pm the Sunday before the week they were to start, I received an email telling me they had a bigger job they needed to do and they  would not do my job for another month.  No way I could wait that long.  Forced me to scramble to try and find another plumber.  Very surprised and disappointed that Semper Fi did not live up to their commitment.  Just a warning, if they get a better/bigger offer, your job could be in jeopardy.

About 2 months after installation, the new disposal fell completely out of the plumbing connections.  I called the given number several times and received no answer.  I assumed they were out of business and out of town.      Sumney reconnected the disposal successfully and modified a connection of a new faucet to the sink to my satisfaction.

Great! They came on time, solved a few found needs and repaired them.  Checked everything well, so no leaks.  Steve Holsinger was supplied by our counter top installers, Mountain Showcase, so I did not have a break down of what his cost was.  I would use him again.

Have used Semper Fi four years now and they are always prompt, professional, and fair priced.

The actual work went well. At the last minute, Semper Fi had to change the date and time. No problem. Semper Fi's crew did a good job. I write this report approximately eight months later because of my irritation with this contractor. I called them three times about another matter: a strange noise that I am hearing from the kitchen sink. I wanted to get some advice or set up a service call. After one of my messages, the owner's wife returned my call and said her husband will call me. He never did return the call. It feels like the only time I would get a return call only when I had more business for Semper Fi.

It went excellent. The owner was very professional and really knew what he was doing. The men that came out to install it were also very good at what they did.
