What makes him so terrific is that he goes above and beyond the call. While he was here, I discovered that the pilot light for the gas logs had gone out in my house. He lit it for me so I didn't have to call the gas company to do it for me. When I picked out the fixture and the light at Lowes, the guy who was helping let me walk out with less lights than the fixture needed! I told Richard and he is coming back to put the rest of the lights in for me. He took away the old fixture so I didn't have to worry about disposing of it. I told him about an additional problem and he helped me with it while he was here as well. I had bought a remote control for my office fan. According to the directions it needed a separate switch for the fan and a separate switch for the light. I told him how I wanted it and he knew how to connect the wires so both the fan and the light came on when I use the switch. He saved me $30 because I didn't have to keep the remote control. The pricing is competitive and I got my money's worth.
