Clay was cordial, punctual and responsive to our calls and emails. He took the time to set up convenient appointments to show properties. Ultimately we decided to relocate to another part of North Carolina.

It was not helpful at all. When I got to the site I saw where I could adjust BR, Pet Policy, Area, etc but no matter what I adjusted the same six properties were shown as available for rent. They were not even in my area. This is very frustrating as I am trying very hard to find an apartment and wasting my time is not on the agenda.
Description of Work: This is a website that should post apartments, houses etc in the Western North Carolina region for rent. No matter which region I chose or what other factors I changed it showed me the same six properties.

We do not have all the rentals in Western North Carolina, rather, we only have properties that our firm manages on our website.
