I have had the pleasure of having housekeeping services from Crystal Watson, business owner of Queens of Clean, for the past year and a half. It goes without saying that her cleaning skills are top notch and thorough. It is such a treat to come home to a sparkling fresh house after she has worked her magic. More importantly, though, Crystal is a reliable and trustworthy person to have in my house. I know she is taking care of it as I would if I had the time. She is great with my pets and gives them a little extra attention while doing her work. I have two cats that like to lick the floor of my bathtubs from time to time. When Crystal first started cleaning my house I asked that she shut the bathroom doors after being cleaned, because I was afraid my two cats would accidentally lick a newly cleaned bathtub and ingest cleaning chemicals. Crystal has never ever forgotten to do this. That means the world to me. She has amazing energy and it is obvious her love of life and family shapes who she is as a business woman. Hiring Crystal and Queens of Clean is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

she stole everything she could slip out the back door. she is very dishonest, she also through an agency stole $400.00 from me & after many calls from us she refused to pay it back. she got it all. i asked her to work it off. she refused. i was too sick to take her to small claims court. she knew that, but i still have the paper work proof on it. i was very good to her. she is not the christian she claims to be. she cost me hundreds of dollars in value, cameras & equipment valuables, jewelry, paintings, every item in a house she took. i replaced my utensels 7 times over, she then moved, but God knows where she is. i will not hire her ever again!

"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I just became aware of this horrible review and the only reason I am even replying to it is to let you know I seen it and to give my potential clients and current clients, that happen to see this the opportunity to hear both sides. When my lovely client informed me of this I thought about you. First and foremost you know I NEVER stole anything from you EVER!!!! The check that Park ridge sent me was around the same time I had test done and I figured I over paid so of course I cashed it being it was made out to me and sent to me, there was nothing in the memo. After talking to a associate with Park ridge I was told being I never signed or filled out anything that it was red flagged and most likely insurance fraud, then when you and your husband called making your threats I just completely cut ties with you because I was seeing your true colors. You say I stole everything I could fit out the back door and you had to replace utensils seven times but yet you were willing for me to come and work it off....because that makes a lot of sense. You say that you could take me to small claims but you didn't because you were so sick and I knew that, first off you weren't the one that was sick it was your husband. Matter of fact I do believe what you're doing right now is defamation of character and slander but whatever. This didn't happen 2017 this was more like 2008. I never moved away Im still here in Hendersonville. As far as being a Christian and that God knows??? You are correct God does know. I was good to you had you not of lied and tried to pull me into your scam then Id still be there for you. Sorry you have all this anger in you that your willing to lie, and try to ruin my reputation. Good thing I am actually honest and practice what I preach and my reputation speaks for itself self. Good day."

I was very pleased with the results. Crystal and her associate were punctual, friendly, and thorough, and they checked with me afterwards to make sure they had done everything I needed. They charge $0.05 per square foot and I had them clean the entire first floor of my ranch style home.

Crystal's response to my initial phone call was quite fast, she came the next day to look at the job and give me an estimate. Although I had gotten another estimate from an Angie's list rated cleaning service that was significantly lower, I decided to go with Crystal. This was based on my feeling more comfortable having the same people in my home on a regular basis, as opposed to having another companies employees- people who might very well leave their employment - in my home. Crystal is a dynamo- her work is impeccable - she has cleaned two times and is due back tomorrow - when she leaves here, the house smells wonderful (she uses her own "green" products for cleaning) the granite counter tops and the stainless steel appliances can double as mirrors. I can recommend this company without any reservations.

Crystal, the owner, visited to give us an estimate. We checked several of the references she gave us and received glowing reports. We gave the go-ahead. Crystal and her associate, Shauna, arrived on schedule and got right to work. They worked at a brisk pace but were careful and thorough. They brought their own cleaning supplies and two HEPA-filtered vacuum cleaners.
They are young, energetic adults who work hard. They get right down on the floor to scrub a stain or wipe down baseboards. Both are friendly and eager to please, asking for feedback or to know if anything was missed or not done properly. We witnessed their work for about 90 minutes but then had to leave. Based on what we had heard from their references we were not concerned about leaving them alone in our home.
We returned late in the day to find they had left the outdoor lights on for us. We entered our home and were thrilled with its appearance. Everything was spotless and orderly. Little touches like neatly folded hand towels and triangle folds on the bathroom tissue show a professional approach.
They are charging more than we had been paying for housecleaning. But the work they do is at a higher level of quality than what we had been getting. We anticipate continuing to have them clean our home on a bi-weekly basis.
